It's easy to forget you're working out when you're moving to thumping beats and disco lighting in WAMA's Live Room Theatre! Experience a high energy burn to your favourite music, old and new, mid week during term time.  Come with friends and meet with new ones.  Come hit that dance floor!!

The emphasis on this class is to create an enjoyable workout where adults can build up a head of steam while moving to music. No dance experience needed, just watch and copy the movements of the teacher, Ali Reville.
