ENROLLMENT: I understand that places are available on a first-come, first-served basis, based on date of enrolment. The viability of group classes will be based on the size of the class. As class sizes can fluctuate from one term to the next, it may be necessary to reshuffle classes causing a change in the timetable.

FEES: Because our teachers must to be paid whether or not a student shows up to their lesson, payment must be made for all lessons, whether taken or missed. Fees are paid by term, which is usually block of 7 lessons. Each term/block is paid in advance of its start date. You will receive notification of the payment window ahead of time, which can be paid online via bank transfer, or in person at reception.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: In general, make-up lessons will not be given in the case of student absence. However if your teacher has a cancellation then he or she may be able to take you during that free slot in the timetable. Let us know if you wish to be contacted for a cancellation.
